Update
After some time after the session, he sent me a guided meditation for “soul retrieval” and my goodness… it is so powerful for me. During each meditation I expel so much pain, headache and negativity I can actually feel it leaving my body. It’s transformational. It’s helping me really tap into the pain of my childhood so that I can release it from my physical body. I again am so thankful to Robert. He helped me realize something I was having a hard time accepting in my life. As a child, I was rarely ever shown true love, in turn, I have a difficult time with self-love because I have a hard time understanding what love really is. It’s easy for me to love others but when it comes to loving myself, it’s a difficult thing to do & be honestly… that’s okay! it’s okay because I’m aware of it and I’m intentionally beginning to heal this part of myself and lean all there into learn about love.
